Bones and Balance Class

Stretch, March Lift!

Join in the BonesandBalance exercise class at Grace Episcopal Church for 45 minutes each Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am.

The BonesandBalance exercise program is designed to improve flexibility, joint range of motion, strength, endurance, and balance in adults.

Each 45 minute session mixes moderate aerobic activities suitable for older adults with varoius resistance tools including free weights, bands, and balls. The objective of these classes is to enhance functioning in daily living and improve the body control critical for balance and fall prevention.

Members of Grace Episcopal Church have priority in participating in the class, but members of the community at large are welcome if space permits.  Depending on medical conditions, physician clearance may be necessary to participate.
