Children in Worship

There will be no Children's Chapel during July.  We will resume Sunday August 6th.

LET THE CHILDREN COME TO ME!

Jesus said it. We mean it. Children are always welcome at Grace. In our midst. In our worship. Always. On Easter Day, there will be no Nursery Care or Children’s Chapel. However, we will have activity bags for children to use in the pews. The east transept will be well-populated with books and toys for toddlers and little ones. We hope you’ll come and bring the babies. We are diminished as the Body of Christ and the Community of Grace when any generation is absent – especially the children.

Children's Chapel is a parallel "Liturgy of the Word" for all children who wish to attend.  There's sacred storytelling, prayer and sharing, art and creativity - and a generous welcome to all.

Come first to church, then follow the banner, acolyte, and chapel leaders.

Children are, indeed, welcome here at Grace Episcopal Church!

Every Sunday during our 10:00 am service the children of the congregation are invited to participate in Children's Chapel during the Liturgy of the Word.

Children's Chapel is designed to be an age-appropriate Liturgy of the Word for children.  The children return to join the adult congregation at the Peace and remain for the reswt of the service.
